diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varnost in policijsko delo
Abstract
V policiji skušamo ugotoviti zakaj se razpoloženje med delavci in sama mikroklima v policiji zadnjih nekaj let slabša. Pri iskanju vzrokov za poslabšanje ne moremo mimo svetovne recesije, ki je močno prizadela in omajala finančni položaj v državi. Kot del javnega sektorja je to občutila tudi policija, ki je že prej bila finančno podhranjena. Vendar ugotavljamo, da to ni edini in poglavitni vzrok le tega. S preučevanjem vzrokov smo prišli do teze, da je za tako stanje odgovoren tudi vodilni kader, ki je prišel v krizo odločanja.
V diplomskem delu bomo z analizo pisnih virov predstavili moderen način vodenja organizacije, ki vključuje znanja, prirojene sposobnosti, kritično razmišljanje in vseživljenjsko učenje managerjev, ki bi s takim znanjem in sposobnostmi lahko uspešno vodili organizacijo kot je policija.
Predstavili bomo znanstveno raziskavo, ki jo priporoča Evropska Unija, s področja družbene odgovornega ravnanja pri uveljavljanju univerzalne odličnosti in mojstrstva ISO 26000.
Pri potrditvi raziskovalnega vprašanja bomo uporabili znanstvene raziskave s področja zadovoljstva delavcev policije, ki jih je opravila Fakulteta za upravo in Filozofska fakulteta v letu 2012. in druge pisne vire, ki potrjujejo raziskovalno vprašanje.
Z opozarjanjem na razmere in dogajanja v policiji bi hoteli doseči izboljšanje mikroklime v vseh enotah. S tem zagotoviti dobro delavno okolje v organizaciji, ki dela zato, da služi drugim.

In the Police Force we try to determine why the mood between co-workers and the microclimate are getting worse in the past couple of years. In search of the cause, we can't go past world recession which has severely affected and shook the financial position of this country. And as a part of public sector which has already been financially underdeveloped, the police force has felt it too. But we find out that that is not the main reason. By examining all the causes, we've came to the hypothesis that it is also the leadership who has come into the crisis of decision-making and is responsible for that kind of situation.
In this graduation thesis we will try to analyze written sources to present a modern way of leading an organization which includes knowledge, innate abilities, critical thinking and lifelong learning managers who could successfully lead an organization such as the police force with described above abilities. We will introduce the scientific research which is recommended by the European Union of the area of corporate social responsibility in the exercise of universal excellence and mastery ISO 26000.
For confirmation of this hypothesis we will use scientific research of satisfaction area of the police officers which was conducted by the Faculty of Administration and Faculty of Art in the year of 2012 and other written sources.
By drawing attention to the situation and developments in the police force, we would like to achieve an improvement of the microclimate in all forces. And with all that ensure great working environment in an organization who works to serves the people. |
