Abstract

V okviru diplomskega dela smo z pomočjo deskriptivne metode dela in metode analize primarnih in sekundarnih virov predstavili humani biomonitoring in njegovo izvajanje. Diplomsko delo zajema prestavitev biomarkerjev, zgodovino biomonitoringa ter zakonske osnove biomonitoringa. Opisali smo škodljive vplive iz okolja preko onesnaževal, katera so mesta izvora kemikalij in kaj so mejne toksične vrednosti. Predstavili smo tudi slovensko raziskavo v okviru humanega monitoringa. Opredelili smo namene raziskave, območje raziskovanja ter vrste preiskovanih snovi. V poglavju preiskovancev smo opisali tudi vključitvene ter izključitvene kriterije po katerih se določa nabor preiskovancev. Ugotovili smo, da je slovenska raziskava na področju humanega biomonitoringa še vedno v teku in bo predvidoma zaključena leta 2014.

Secondary abstract:	In the thesis the human biomonitoring is presented with the help of descriptive metod and analysis of primary and secundary sources. Thesis includes meaning of biomarkers, history of biomonitoring and laws for implementation of human biomonitorig into society. Also included are toxic impacts from environment, places of origin of chemicals and border toxic values. Slovenian survey is presented in this thesis. Purpose of this survey is defined, place of survey and toxic elements that are under investigaton. In chapter that describes specimens are defined including and excluding elements of survey that determins who can participate. In thesis we discovered the lenght of Slovenian survey and it's planed ending in year 2014.
