Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazan konkretni primer razvoja in izdelave robotske celice za nameščanje kartonskih kotnikov. V prvem delu so najprej opisane vse glavne sestavine avtomatizirane proizvodnje v obratu Sterile v podjetju Ljubljanske mlekarne d.d. V teoretičnem delu so nato prikazane glavne značilnosti industrijskih robotov ter strežnih sistemov. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je podrobno predstavljen problem, ki je vodil do predlaganega namenskega robotskega prijemala. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je bil razvoj, izdelava in delovanje robotskega prijemala, ki namešča kartonske kotnike na vse štiri pokončne stranice polne palete končnih izdelkov ter umestitev robotske celice v celoten proces paletizacije izdelkov v obratu Sterile v Ljubljanskih mlekarnah. Podrobneje so opisane tudi vse glavne komponente v robotski celici. Cilj naloge je bil v celoti dosežen.

Secondary abstract: This thesis illustrates a real-world example of the development and processing of a robot cell for the installation cardboard corners. The first part describes all the main components of the total automation in the Sterile plant of Ljubljanske mlekarne d.d.. The theoretical part presents a general description of the industrial robots and assistance systems. The second part of the thesis presents in detail the problem that led to the proposed dedicated robot gripper. The aim of the thesis is the development, manufacturing and processing of a robot gripper for installing cardboard corners on all four sides of a full pallet of final products, as well as the integration of a robot cell in the overall process of loading products onto pallets in the Sterile plant of Ljubljanske mlekarne. In addition, all the major components in the robot cell are described in detail. The goal of the thesis was successfully achieved.
