Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prevedena in povzeta vsebina strokovnega poročila AGMA 930-A05: Calculated Bending Load Capacity of Powder Metallurgy (P/M) External Gears. Predstavljene so smernice in računski postopki za izračun nosilnosti glede na zlom zoba, za sintrane valjaste zobnike z zunanjim ravnim ozobjem. Obravnavana sta dva primera obremenitve, in sicer primer ciklične obremenitve, ter primer trenutne preobremenitve. Izračun nosilnosti je na koncu prikazan še z računskim primerom, ki je rešen analitično za sintran pastorek zobniške dvojice. Na podlagi rezultatov računskega primera so predstavljeni izsledki in podani predlogi za nadaljnje delo.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work describes a translation and summary of the AGMA 930-A05: Calculated Bending Load Capacity of Powder Metallurgy (P/M) External Spur Gears information sheet. Guidelines and calculation procedures for calculating bending load capacity of sintered external spur gears are presented. Two types of loading are considered, namely repeated loading over many cycles and occasional peak loading. Finally, the procedure for calculating the load capacity of a sintered pinion, is given on an analytically solved calculation example. Based on the results of the calculation, a conclusion is given with suggestions for further work in the future.
