Zanesljivost geodetskih podatkov pri izdelavi projektne dokumentacije

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo v uvodu razložili kaj je geodezija in kakšno je delo geodeta. Nato smo prikazali postopke in metode umeščanja objekta v prostor ter vso dokumentacijo, ki je potrebna. Dotaknili smo se tudi trenutnih zakonov, ki najpomembneje vplivajo na umeščanje objekta na določeno parcelo. V jedru naloge smo se osredotočili na napake, ki se pojavijo pri umeščanju objekta v prostor ter nadaljevali na konkretnem primeru. Izbrali smo si določeno parcelo ter pridobili lokacijsko informacijo in na podlagi le te nadaljevali z osnovanjem načrtov, ki sodijo v vodilno mapo ter ostale dokumentacije. Odločili smo se za gradnjo pasivne enodružinske hiše. Izdelali smo načrte ter prikazali napake in pogreške, ki se zgodijo na tem konkretnem primeru. Za konkretni primer umestitve objekta v prostor smo izvedli tudi geodetske terenske meritve in izdelali geodetski načrt. Pred zaključkom smo še opisali koncept pasivne oz. energijsko varčne hiše. Napake in pogreške pri umestitvi objekta smo tudi slikovno ponazorili.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis in the introduction, we have explained what is surveying and the work of surveyors. We showed the procedures and methods of placing the building in land and all documentation necessary to situate the object in a specific land. We also showed the current laws that significantly affect the placement of the building on a certain plot. The core of this thesis is focused on the errors that occur in the facility siting and continue in a concrete example. We have chosen a certain building plot and obtained location information. Based on it we continued making plans that are putted in leading portfolio construction and other documents nesesary for implementation. We decided to build a passive single-family home. We made plans and show the errors that occur in this particular case. For a concrete example of object placement in space, we also carried out geodetic field measurements and made surveying plan. Before closing, we have described the concept of passive or. energy-saving buildings. We also showed images illustrating errors in the placement facility.
