Abstract

V magistrskem delu se osredotočamo na vpliv mobilnih aplikacij na elektronsko poslovanje, natančneje, zanima nas, kako mobilne aplikacije vplivajo na poslovne procese v podjetjih. Za ugotavljanje omenjenega smo uporabili sistematični pregled literature – metodo, s katero smo identificirali, ocenili in interpretirali vse dosegljive raziskave, ki so odgovarjale na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Na podlagi ugotovitev zaključujemo, da je vpeljava mobilnih aplikacij v koncept podjetij dvignila nivo kakovosti in zanesljivosti poslovanja ter tudi produktivnost samega podjetja. Mobilne aplikacije v celoti podpirajo elektronsko poslovanje, saj vplivajo na to, da je opravljanje storitev v podjetjih učinkovitejše; ključni faktor za uspešno poslovanje podjetja pa je prav odzivnost uporabnika, zato podjetja/organizacije ne izboljšujejo le svojih storitev, pač pa zadovoljujejo tudi potrebe svojih strank.

Secondary abstract: In the master thesis we will concentrate on mobile applications influence on the electronic operations. Specifically our aim will be how mobile applications influence business processes in companies. For that being assured a systematic view of the literature has been used, a method with which we identified, rated and explained our researching questions. On the base of our statements we can conclude that introducing mobile applications in the quality of the business operations inside of companies and also productivity. Mobile applications are supporting electronic business operations. They are taking care that certain services in companies are done more effective. The main factor of successful business of a company is the response-fullness of the users, therefore the companies or organisations are not improving only their own services but they are also satisfying the needs of their costumers.
