Abstract

Diplomsko delo temelji na konfiguraciji in povezavi Siemensovega industrijskega krmilnika S7 315-2 PN/DP s Siemensovim krmilnikom servo motorja Sinamics S120 z industrijsko komunikacijo Profinet. Poudarek je na konfiguraciji, pravilni nastavitvi in povezavi s pomočjo programskega paketa Simenes Step7 in vizualizacije sistema s pomočjo programa WinCC flexible. Diplomsko delo je zasnovano tako, da si lahko vsak, ki si želi takšen sistem realizirati, pomaga z njim kot navodila in priročnik, saj so vsi detajli in nastavitve podrobno prikazane in opisane.

Secondary abstract: This thesis is based on configuration and connection of the Siemens industrial controller S7 315-2 PN/DP with the Siemens control of the servomotor Sinamics S120 with the industrial communication Profinet. The emphasis is on configuration, correct setting and connection with the help of the programme package Simenes Step7 and on visualisation of the system with the help of a program called WinCC flexible. The thesis is devised to help and allow realization of the system to anyone. It can be used as instructions and a manual since all the settings are displayed and described in detail.
