Abstract

V diplomski nalogi predstavljamo problem komunikacije med vodjo in zaposlenimi v podjetju Pintaršped d.o.o. Najprej je predstavljen pojem komunikacija in opis komunikacijskega modela. V nadaljevanju smo našteli in opisali vrste komuniciranja in poslovno komuniciranje. V zaključku teoretičnega dela smo predstavili pojma sestanek in redni letni razgovor, ter njune značilnosti. V raziskovalnem delu smo z anketo opravili raziskavo med zaposlenimi in intervju z vodjo podjetja Pintaršped d.o.o. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da komunikacija med vodjo in zaposlenimi ni najboljša. Zaposleni si želijo sestankov ter rednih letnih razgovorov, kjer bodo lahko izrazili svoja mnenja in želje. Vodja pa meni, da zaradi narave dela tega ne potrebujejo, oz. bi to težko organizirali. Meni, da nastale probleme uspešno sproti rešujejo. Vodji in zaposlenim smo predlagali, da se o svojih pogledih na reševanje komunikacije med seboj odkrito pogovorijo, ter skupaj najdejo rešitev, ki bo za vse najprimernejša.

Secondary abstract: In this dissertation we present communication problem between the manager and the employes of the company Pintaršped d.o.o. First we present the concept of communication and description of the communication model. Later on, we list and describe the types of communication and business communication. In the theoretical part we present the concept of a interviews and regular annual meetings with their features. In the research we conducted a servey among employees and interview with the head of business Pintaršped d.o.o. We came to the conclusion, that communication between the leader and the employees is not the best. Employees wish to have meetings and regular annual meetings, where they can express their opinion and desires. But the leader is of the opinion that because of nature of the work, they do not need them. He considers, that they solve all the problems regularly. We suggested, that they have an open and fair discussion, how to solve communication problems between them, and find the best sollution for all.
