Abstract

Diplomsko delo "Védenje in ravnanje osnovnošolcev o zdravi prehrani" je sestavljeno iz dveh delov - teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo podrobneje predstavili zdrav način življenja in dejavnike, ki omogočajo zdravo življenje vsakega posameznika. Velik poudarek je na tem, kaj naj bi zdrava prehrana bila, katere so sestavine zdrave prehrane in kako se moramo prehranjevati. Natančneje smo predstavili resolucijo o nacionalnem programu prehranske politike, postavili pod drobnogled, kakšna je prehrana osnovnošolcev ter primerjali prehrano med mestno in primestno šolo. V empiričnem delu je bila v raziskavi uporabljena deskriptivna metoda pedagoškega raziskovanja. Predstavljamo rezultate empirične raziskave, vezane na teoretična spoznanja. Zanimalo nas je, kakšno je znanje osnovnošolcev o zdravi prehrani in kaj le-ti dejansko jedo. Predstavljena je analiza raziskovanja med učenci tretjega, petega, sedmega in devetega razreda mestne in primestne osnovne šole. Ugotavljamo, da je znanje osnovnošolcev o zdravi prehrani zelo dobro, vendar se dejansko osnovnošolci še vedno manj zdravo prehranjujejo.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis titled "Knowledge and activity of primary school students concerning healthy food" is comprised of theoretical and empirical part, each as a whole. In the theoretical part, healthy way of life and the factors of enabling healthy life of each individual are presented in detail. Great emphasis was placed on what exactly healthy food is, what healthy dietary ingredients are as well as what we should eat. The resolution on the national programme of food and nutrition policy was presented and we focused on what primary school students eat and we compared food habits between students of urban and suburban primary schools. In the empirical part the descriptive educational research method was used in the research. The results of the empirical research based on theoretical knowledge are shown. We were interested in what primary school students know about healthy food and what they actually eat. The research analysis between the third, fifth, seventh and ninth-grade students of urban and suburban primary schools is presented. We can state that primary school students know a lot about healthy food but they still do not eat much healthy food.
