Abstract
Sposobnost valjati, oblikovati ali stiskati jeklo s čim manjšo prisotnostjo oksidnih plasti, je bistvenega pomena. Z odstranjevanjem oksidnih plasti izboljšamo kakovost materiala in preprečimo škodljiv učinek na valje preoblikovalnih ogrodij. Odškajanje valjancev mora biti izvedeno na mestih, kjer oksidne plasti najbolj izstopajo na površino. V diplomskem delu so raziskani parametri odškajalnih šob, na podlagi katerih je optimirano terciarno odškajanje kontinuirane valjarske proge v podjetju Štore Steel.

Secondary abstract: |
Being able to roll, forge, or press steel without crushing in scale is of paramount importance. By removing the scale we improve the quality of material and prevent damaging effect on mill rolls. Descaling must be made in places, where oxide layers comes on the surface most common. In this thesis, the parameters of nozzles are studied, and based on the results the tertiary descaling on rolling line in Štore Steel company is optimized. |
