Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je študij primernega materiala za izdelovanje prototipov velikih dimenzij ter izbira primernega orodja za obdelavo s pomočjo robotske celice. Na začetku so opisane osnove industrijskih robotov in vse okoli njih. V nadaljevanju je podrobneje predstavitev robota ACMA XR701, ki služi kot rezkalna naprava za odstranjevanje odvečnega materiala. Podrobneje je predstavljeno rezkanje in tehnologije odrezovanja. Pri obdelovalnih materialih je opisana izbira najprimernejših umetnih materialov, ki se uporabijo za poizkus. Sledi poizkus in na koncu izbira primernega materiala.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of the final thesis is studying the adequate material used in the production of the prototypes of great dimensions and choosing the proper processing tools with a robot cell. In the beginning of the thesis we describe the basics of industrial robots and the information linked to the topic. We continue with a detailed presentation of the robot ACMA XR701 which serves as a milling device for removing surplus material. Milling and other cutting techniques are also presented in detail. When describing processing materials, we describe the process of choosing of the most suitable artificial materials which are used in the experiment. In the following part of the thesis we describe the experiment and in the end the choice of the most suitable material.
