Abstract

Mladi, ki so končali šolanje in so na prehodu v zaposlitev, se soočajo z velikim problemom zaposlovanja, kar posledično pripelje v brezposelnost. Zaposlitev mladim omogoča osamosvojitev ter dosego in uresničevanje zastavljenih ciljev. Zaradi krizne situacije in nesoglasja na trgu dela so zaposlitve dandanes večinoma za določen čas, slabo plačane in negotove, kar slabo vpliva na socialno in finančno stanje mladih. Diplomsko delo sestoji iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu opredelimo mlade, osnove zaposlovanja in brezposelnosti, ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na brezposelnost, v nadaljevanju poti in pomoči pri iskanju zaposlitve, na koncu pa aktivno politiko zaposlovanja. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo raziskovali, kako delodajalci upoštevajo delovne izkušnje pridobljene preko študentskega dela, kaj je mladim najbolj pomembno pri iskanju dela in kaj na zaposlitev najbolj vpliva. Zanimalo pa nas je tudi seznanjenost s programi za pomoč pri iskanju zaposlitve.

Secondary abstract: After completing schooling young people who are on the entry into employment are facing a huge problem of unemployment what consequently leads into unemployment. Employment enables young people independence and the fulfillment of their goals. Today fixed-term employment, low-paying and insecure jobs are due a crisis situation and disagreements on the labor market the most common types of employment, which affect social and financial situation of young people. The diploma work consists of theoretical and empirical parts. A theoretical part defines young people, employment and unemployment basics, key factors which affect unemployment, ways and assistance in job seeking and finally active employment policy. An empirical part of the diploma work includes researches on how employees take into account work experience gained through student work service, what young people believe is the most important in job seeking and what affects the employment most. We were also interested in acquaintance with programs for assistance in job seeking.
