Abstract

Postopek vpenjanja obdelovancev v vpenjalno pripravo bi radi avtomatizirali. V tem diplomskem delu so predstavljena štiri različna krmilja, od teh pa je izpostavljeno najbolj primerno za podano vpenjalno pripravo. Opisane in skonstruirane so naslednje izvedbe krmilij:  pnevmatsko krmilje,  krmilje električnih kontaktnih elementov,  ožičeno polprevodniško krmilje,  programabilno krmilje. Diplomsko delo zajema snovanje krmilij v programu Automation studio, programiranje PLC Simatic S-200 s programom step 7, vključitev tekstovnega prikazovalnika simatic TD-200, testiranje programa na simulacijski plošči in ožičenje komponent. Uporabljenih je dovolj različnih izvedb krmilij za pridobitev koristnih rezultatov. Na tej podlagi je izbrano najbolj primerno krmilje za podano vpenjalno pripravo.

Secondary abstract: We would like the process of clamping a workpiece into a clamping device to be automated. There are four various open-loop controls presented in this diploma work, from which the most suitable for our application is selected. The open-loop controls are based on:  pneumatics,  relays,  semiconductors,  programmable logic controller (PLC). Diploma work contains methods as construction and simulaton of open-loop controls in a computer program Automation studio, programming a PLC Simatic S7-200 with a computer program Step 7, inclusion of text display TD-200, testing the program on a prototype board and wiring components. There are enough open-loop controls used to get useful results and to select a proper one for our application.
