ǂthe ǂcase of two companies
Abstract
Diplomski seminar je sestavljen iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu za katerega smo uporabili metodo analize, smo teoretično obravnavali literaturo iz področja, ki smo si ga izbrali. Opredelili smo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, predstavili dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, in pomen zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri njihovem delu. Pri motivaciji smo se osredotočili na vprašanje, kaj ljudi motivira in kaj z motivacijo zaposlenih pridobimo. Opredelili smo dejavnike, ki učinkujejo na motivacijo in povezanost med motivacijo in zadovoljstvom zaposlenih. V poglavju o dejavnikih motiviranja ljudi pri delu smo dejavnike motiviranja našteli in jih opisali.
Teoretični del diplomskega seminarja smo v drugem delu povezane s praktičnim delom. Za praktični del smo uporabili metodo neposrednega opazovanja, metodo deskripcije, s pomočjo katere smo predstavili obe podjetji, in metodo anketiranja. Drugi del diplomskega seminarja vsebuje predstavitev obeh podjetij in rezultate anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo jih med seboj primerjali glede na obe podjetji. V anketnem vprašalniki so zaposleni obeh podjetjih ocenjevali stopnjo zadovoljstva z delovnim mestom in stopnjo zadovoljstva sodelovanja med zaposlenimi, motivacijo zaposlenih, dejavnike, ki vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih in pripadnost organizaciji. Svoje odgovore so ovrednotili z ocenami od 1 do 5; ocena 1 pomeni «sploh se ne strinjam«, ocena 5 pa »popolnoma se strinjam«.
Zaradi vse večje konkurence na trgu in hitrih sprememb v gospodarskem svetu je za podjetja pomembno, da dosegajo boljše rezultate od svojih konkurentov in da poslujejo pozitivno ter učinkovito. Pomembno je, da podjetja karseda učinkovito izkoristijo svoje potenciale, tako na primeru razvoja kot na primeru zaposlenih. Razvoj podjetja v pravi smeri prinese številne pozitivne posledice, ki jih čutijo tudi zaposleni v podjetju.
V diplomskem seminarju smo na podlagi analize zadovoljstva dveh podjetij (podjetja A in podjetja B) prišli do ugotovitve, da je v povprečju splošno zadovoljstvo v podjetjih dobro. Iz tega lahko sklepamo, da sta podjetji na trgu uspešni in da dobro poslujeta. Zaposleni so zadovoljni s svojo zaposlitvijo, z delovanjem podjetja, z medsebojnimi odnosi med zaposlenimi in o podjetju tudi zunaj delovnega okolja lepo govorijo. Zaposleni obeh podjetij so dobro motivirani, svoje delo opravljajo vestno in odgovorno ter so glede na to s strani podjetja primerno nagrajeni. Ugotovili smo, da se zaposleni v obeh podjetjih počutijo dobro in da so ponosni na to, da so zaposleni prav v tem podjetju. Zaposleni se izgube zaposlitve ne bojijo, kar pomeni, da so zadovoljni z varnostjo zaposlitve. Vsi ti dejavniki zadovoljstva zaposlenih vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih, ki je v obeh podjetjih dobra, vizija obeh podjetij za prihodnost pa obetavna.

The Diploma Seminar includes the theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part, for which we used the method of analysis, we did theoretical treat the literature from the area that we have chosen. We define the contentedness of the employees, present the factors, which affects the employees’ contentedness and the sense of the employees’ contentedness by their work. By the motivation we focused of the question, what motivates people and what do we gain with the employees’ motivation. We defined the factors that effect on the motivation and the connection between the motivation and the employees’ contentedness. In the part of the people motivation factors by their work, did we list and describe the motivation factors.
The theoretical part of the Diploma Seminar is in the second part related with the empirical part. For the empirical part we used the method of direct observation, the description method that helped us to present both of the companies and the survey methodology. The second part of the Diploma Seminar includes the presentation of both companies and the results of the questionnaire survey that indicates the differences between the companies. In the questionnaire survey the employees from both companies judged the level of the contentedness with the workplace and the level of the contentedness between the employees, the employees’ motivation, the factors, that affects the employees’ motivation and the belonging to the organization. The answers were evaluated with marks from 1 to 5, where mark 1 means “I don´t even agree”, and the mark 5 “I absolutely agree”.
Because the competition of the market is rising and the changes in the economic world are rapid is important for the companies, that they fulfill better results as the competitors and that they operate positive and effectively. For the companies is important, that they effectively exploit their potentials, so in case of the development, like in the case of employees. The development of the company brings in first sight many positive consequences that affect the employees in the company too.
The results of both companies have shown (company A and B), that in average the contentedness in both companies is good, what shows that the companies are successful on the market and that they operate positively. The employees are pleased with their workplace, with the work of the company, with the mutual relations between the employees and they talk about the company positively also in the area outside the workplace. The employees of both companies are positive motivated, they do their work meticulously and responsibly and that’s why there are appropriately prized for their work. The results have shown, that the employees of both companies feel good and that they are proud to work in this company. The employees are not afraid to loss their job, what means, that they are contentedly with the safety of their work. All this factors of employee contentedly affects the employees’ motivation, which is in both cases good, and the vision of both companies for the future is promising. |
