Abstract

Nosilnost valjastih zobniških dvojic z zunanjim in notranjim evolventnim ozobjem se računa po standardu SIST ISO 6336. Ta standard ne zajema smernic in materialnih parametrov za izračun nosilnosti valjastih zobniških dvojic z zunanjim in notranjim evolventnim ozobjem iz sintranega materiala. V pričujočem diplomskem delu sem predstavil model za določitev upogibne trdnosti sintranih zobnikov, ki temelji na napetostni metodi. Za izračun dobe trajanja sintranih zobnikov po napetostni metodi je bilo potrebno s preizkusi določiti utrujenostne parametre sintranega materiala in po metodi končnih elementov izračunati primerjalne napetosti v zobniku. Rezultat izračuna dobe trajanja sem prikazal v grafu, ki prikazuje odvisnost momenta in dobe trajanja.

Secondary title: Determination of service life of sintered gears using stress life approach
Secondary abstract: Load capacity of cylindrical gear pairs with internal and external involute teeth is calculated according to the standard ISO 6336. This standard does not cover the guidelines and material parameters for calculating load capacity of cylindrical gear pairs with internal and external involute teeth of sintered material. In this thesis I presented a model for determining the bending strenght of sintered gears, based on the stress life approach. For the calculation of the service life of the sintered gears according to the stress life approach, it was necessary to experimentally determine the fatigue parameters of the sintered material, and calculate the equivalent stress in a gear tooth root using the finite element method. The computational results are presented in a graph which shows the relationship between the torque and the service life of gear.
