Abstract

Hidravlicna stiskalnica je namenjena stiskanju, upogibanju, ravnanju ter iztiskanju obdelovancev. Najveckrat jo uporabljamo v proizvodnji, lahko pa jo imamo tudi za osebno uporabo. V diplomskem delu bomo opisali splošne znacilnosti hidravlicnih stiskalnic, pri preracunih pa se bomo osredotocili na stiskalnico, ki jo imajo v podjetju Arcont d.d., Gornja Radgona. Preracunali bomo pomike in napetosti, ki se pojavijo pri delovanju tlacne stiskalnice. Na osnovi izracunanih vrednosti parametrov bo podana ideja za možno optimizacijo omenjene hidravlicne stiskalnice.

Secondary title: Dimensioning elements of the hydraulic press
Secondary abstract: The hydraulic press in meant for pressing, bending, straightening and squeezing of workpieces. Most often it is used in manufacturing, but we can also find it in personal use. In this work the general characteristics of hydraulic presses will be described, while the calculations will focus on the press used by the Arcont d.d., Gornja Radgona company. The calculations will include force displacements and tensions that occur at the activity of a pressure press. Based on the calculated values of the parameters an idea for a possible optimization of the aforementioned hydraulic press will be presented
