Abstract

Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktični (empirični) del. V prvem, teoretičnem, delu smo predstavili osnovne pojme na temo izobraževanja zaposlenih, in sicer smo opisali razvoj in pomen izobraževanja, opredelili namen, cilje in vsebino izobraževanj, opisali temeljne stopnje izobraževalne dejavnosti v organizacijah ter pomen znanja in motivacije za izobraževanje zaposlenih. V nadaljevanju smo podrobneje opisali JGZ Brdo, njegovo dejavnost, organizacijsko strukturo in organizacijo izobraževanj. V raziskovalnem delu magistrskega dela smo raziskali določene elemente izobraževanja, analizirali rezultate raziskave in testirali hipoteze. V zaključkih smo povzeli ugotovitve in predlagali rešitve za izboljšanje stanja.

Secondary abstract: The masters assignment is divided in two parts – one theoretical other practical (empirical). In the first part we have presented basic vocabulary and concepts regarding educating adults, by describing development and importance of such education, specified its purpose, aims and contents of the education. We have also described basic levels of educational activity in organizations and meaning and motivations behind and for educating adults. After that we have looked at JGZ Brdo more closely, its activity, organizational structure and organization of its educational programs. In the empirical part we have explored certain elements of education, analysed results and tested hypothesises. In conclusion we have summarized findings and suggested solutions in order to solve the problems presented.
