Abstract

Cilj projektne naloge je izdelati celovit predlog za prenovo Vile Panajotopulo. Vila je obravnavana kot del kulturne dediščine, ki s svojim historičnim ozadjem predstavlja veliko nacionalno vrednost. Naloga je razdeljena na analitični in projektni del. V analitičnem delu smo analizirali zgodovinska izhodišča in obstoječe stanje ter na podlagi pridobljenih ugotovitev prišli do zaključka, da je arhitekturni kompleks nujno potreben celovite prenove. Z ustanovitvijo nove namembnosti in funkcije bosta objekt in okolica zaživela ter tako pridobila na prepoznavnosti in simboliki samega kraja in okoliša.

Secondary abstract: The project objective is to develop a comprehensive proposal for the renovation of the villa Panajotopulo. The villa and its historical background are regarded as part of the cultural heritage which represents a great national value. This paper is divided into the analytical and project part. In the analytical part we analysed the historical premises and existing condition and in light of the findings we came to the conclusion that this architectural complex is in desperate need of a comprehensive renovation. By establishing a new purpose and function the facility and its surrounding will flourish and gain the recognition and symbolism of the town and its surroundings.
