Abstract
Kurilne naprave na lesno biomaso predstavljajo glavni vir emisij prahu in v središčih mest povzročajo povišano onesnaženost ozračja. Onesnaževanje z delci PM10 nastaja poleg prometa tudi kot posledica kurišč malih kurilnih naprav, ki se uporabljajo v gospodinjstvih za ogrevanje prostorov in sanitarne vode. V magistrskem delu smo iskali rešitve za zmanjšanje emisij PM10 iz kurišč malih kurilnih naprav. Ena izmed rešitev obravnavane problematike je zamenjava energenta z uporabo zemeljskega plina ali priključitev na omrežje vročevoda. V ta namen smo proučili obstoječe stanje energetske oskrbe v MOM, zakonske osnove, občinske okoljevarstvene, razvojne in energetske plane. Za določitev trenutnega stanja načinov ogrevanja, ki se pojavljajo v MOM, smo proučili tudi dimnikarsko bazo podatkov, bazo Plinarne Maribor in bazo Energetike Maribor. S primerjavo le-teh smo pridobili natančnejše in podrobnejše podatke o načinih ogrevanja v MOM. Analizirali smo stroške zamenjave energenta, oblikovali ustrezne projekte zamenjave energentov in kurilnih naprav, nove priključke na plinovod in vročevod.

Combustion installations on wood biomass present the main source of dust emissions and they cause increased air pollution in urban areas. Particulate matter PM10 pollution is caused by traffic and also as a consequence of small residential combustion sources that are used for space and water heating. In this master’s thesis we try to find solutions for the reduction of particulate matter PM10 emissions from small combustion installations. One solution of the above problem is the replacement of energy product with the use of natural gas or a connection to a hot water system. For this purpose we examined the existing situation of energy supply in Municipality of Maribor, legal bases, municipal, environmental, development and energy plans. For determination of the existing situation of heating types in Municipality Maribor we examined the chimney sweep database, the database of the company Plinarna Maribor d.o.o. and the database of the company Energetika Maribor d.o.o. By comparison of these databases we acquired detailed information about heating types in Municipality Maribor. We analyzed the costs of energy product replacement; we created suitable projects to replace energy products and combustion installations, new connection to the gas pipeline and hot water system. |
