Abstract

V diplomskem delu je podrobneje predstavljen celoten razvoj daljinske tehtnice, ki bo namenjena merjenju prirastka medu v čebeljem panju. Te vrste tehtnic najpogosteje uporabljajo čebelarji, ki imajo panje postavljene na oddaljeni lokaciji. Podobna tehtnica je bila pred časom že razvita, vendar so bile težave zlasti pri oblikovanju ohišja za elektroniko, tiskano vezje je bilo veliko, pa tudi poraba tehtnice se je gibala okrog 100 mA. Osnovna ideja projekta je bila staro tehtnico posodobiti, predvsem pa zmanjšati ter poceniti. Ocenjujemo, da se mora tiskano vezje z uporabo SMD komponent poceniti, zmanjšanje porabe pa lahko dosežemo z dodatnimi programskimi triki. Prav zato smo najprej načrtali električno shemo za predstavitev delovanja. Nato je sledilo risanje ter izdelava tiskanega vezja z mikrokrmilnikom, programiranje in izvedba končnih meritev. Na zadnje je bilo potrebno elektronski modul vgraditi v primerno ohišje.

Secondary title: DEVELOPMENT THE REMOTE SCALE FOR WEIGHTING HONEY ON THE FIELD
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the complete development of a remote controlled weighing scale, used in mesuring the growth of honey in a beehive. This kinds of scales are used mostly by beekeepers, who have their beehive set up in a remote location. A simmilar scale had been already built, but it was suffering from issues in electrical housing design, the size of the printed circut board and excessive power usage inthe range of 100 mA. The main idea of the project was upgrading the old scale, while also making it smaller and cheaper. We predict that the usage of SMD components will make the PCB cheaper and that we can reach lower usage with aditional programming tricks. For that reason we started with planning the electrical scheme. The scheme can be used to show the workings of the device. The next stages were making the PCB with a microcontroller, programming and doing the final mesurments. The last step was the intergration of the module inside of a appropriate housing.
