Abstract

Smo v času, ko nas ponudniki storitev ali posameznih izdelkov obkrožajo z oglasi v tiskani, v zadnjem času vse več tudi v digitalni obliki. Zavedajo se, da se potrošniki odločijo za nakup oziroma uporabo določenega izdelka ravno na podlagi dobrega oglaševanja oziroma dobre predstavitve. Razvoj informacijske in digitalne tehnologije je prinesel nove možnosti za učinkovitejšo komunikacijo s strankami, kupci in zaposlenimi. Digitalno oglaševanje prinaša pravo revolucijo v klasično oglaševanje. Z rešitvami digitalnega oglaševanja, ki med drugim omogočajo uporabo multimedijskih in dinamičnih vsebin ter nadzor nad njihovo distribucijo, lahko oglaševalci komunicirajo s potrošniki na povsem drugačen način. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno digitalno oglaševanje kot telekomunikacijska storitev, ki postaja ena od vodilnih načinov med tehnologijami oglaševanja in je vedno bolj razširjena med ponudniki storitev in izdelkov.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays we live at a certain time when different service providers and the providers of individual products surround us with advertisements in printed and lately more and more also in digital form. Numerous providers are well aware of the fact that consumers choose to buy or use a certain product precisely on the basis of good advertising and presentation. The development of information and digital technology has brought new options and possibilities for more effective communication with clients, customers and employees. Therefore, digital signage brings a real revolution in the classical advertising system. With different solutions that come with digital signage, which among other things, allow the use of multimedia and dynamic contents and the control over their distribution, different advertisers can communicate with consumers in a completely different manner. In this diploma thesis, the digital signage is presented as a telecommunication service which is becoming one of the leading ways among the advertising technologies and is getting more and more expanded among the providers of different services and products.
