Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili osnove elektronske pošte, pojme kriptografije in protokole, ki se uporabljajo pri zaščiti komunikacijskih kanalov in zagotavljanju zaupnosti elektronskega sporočila. Namen diplomskega dela je bil predstaviti pomen varnosti pri vsakdanjem brskanju po spletu in ustrezni izbiri zaščite za elektronska sporočila. V sklopu diplomskega dela smo z uporabo brezplačnega orodja DEXi izdelali tudi odločitveni model za ustrezno izbiro zaščite elektronskega sporočila. Ker se potrebe med uporabniki razlikujejo, smo izdelali odločitveni analizi za poslovne in zasebne uporabnike elektronske pošte. Rezultate smo med sabo primerjali in jih tudi analizirali.

Secondary abstract: In dissertation, we present the basics of electronic mail, the concepts of cryptography and protocols that are used to secure communication channels and ensuring the confidentiality of electronic message. The purpose of dissertation was to present the importance of safety in everyday web browsing and choosing appropriate security protocol for electronic messages. With the help of free software DEXi, we created decision model for the selection of appropriate security of electronic messages. Because of needs for different users, we made a desicion analysis for business and private users of electronic mail. The results were compared with each other and are also analyzed.
