Abstract
To nam zagotavlja procesna metoda dela, s katero ugotavljamo potrebe zdravstvene nege, načrtujemo negovalne intervencije, ter vrednotimo in dokumentiramo realizirane aktivnosti zdravstvene nege.

NURSING CARE OF PATIENTS AFTER URINARY BLADDER CANCER SURGERY |
Secondary abstract: |
The urinal bladder cancer is the third most common genitourinary cancer. The bladder cancer incidence and mortality rate in Slovenia are rising. The most successful treatment of the muscle-invasive bladder cancer, limited to the bladder-area, is radical cystectomy. The sufficient treatment results and the patient’s satisfaction demands a good physical and psychical preparation before the operation begins. Excellent teamwork before, after as well as amid the treatment is also mandatory. In this stage, nursing care is essential. The crucial points of nursing at this point are the quality, continuity and comprehensiveness. All of this is ensured by a working method that provides the nursing care needs outlining, nursing intervention planning as well as evaluation and documentation of nursing care that is being carried out. |
