Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja razvoj dveh termičnih mikrofluidnih senzorjev pretoka. Prvi temelji na optiki, drugi senzor pa na cenovno ugodnih uporih z negativnim temperaturnim koeficientom. V delu je na kratko predstavljeno področje, na katerem ju uporabljamo, njun razvoj in pomanjkljivosti, ki jih bo treba odpraviti v nadaljnjem razvoju.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a development of two thermal microfluidic flow sensors. The first sensor is based on optics, the second sensor on low-cost resistors with negative temperature coefficient. The thesis allows a brief review of the field in which the sensors are being used as well as touches upon their development and flaws that need to be addressed and solved in the future development of sensors.
