Abstract

V diplomski nalogi z naslovom Zasnova avtomatizirane modularne vpenjalne priprave smo po zahtevah delavniške risbe izdelali vpenjalno pripravo za strojno obdelavo obdelovanca – konzole (polizdelka) v končni izdelek. Preučili smo več različic vpenjalnih priprav in izbrali najbolj optimalno in ekonomsko najugodnejšo različico priprave. Vpenjanje v pripravo smo izvedli za dva načina: za ročno vpenjanje s pomočjo ekscentričnih ročnih vpenjal in vpenjanje s pnevmatskimi cilindri. Za avtomatizirano vpenjalno pripravo smo izdelali tridimenzionalni model, izbrali obdelovalni stroj, rezilna orodja, tehniško dokumentacijo in navodila. Oba načina vpenjalnih priprav smo med seboj primerjali glede na izračunane vpenjalne sile, ki delujejo na obdelovanec, glede na lego obdelovanca, glede na ekonomski vidik in uporabnost. Ugotovili smo, da oba načina dajeta med seboj podobne rezultate z ekonomskega vidika in izračunanih vpenjalnih sil, vendar pa je vpenjalna priprava s pnevmatskimi cilindri primernejša za operaterjevo rokovanje, saj je vpenjanje obdelovancev v pripravo lažje.

Secondary title: Design of automated modular fixture
Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis we have designed fixture for machine processing of semiproduct to end product by following construction drawing. We examined several versions of fixtures and chose the most optimal and economical. We performed mounting into fixture on two different ways: fixture by hand using excentric grippers and fixture by pneumatic cylinder. For automatic fixture we designed three-dimensional model, chose machine tool, cutting tools, technical documentation and instructions. We compared both iterations of fixtures about forces to workpiece according to its position, economical view and usability. We found similar results for economical view and fixture forces. However, fixture by pneumatic cylinder is more appropiate for operater because of its ability for easier work with workpieces.
