Abstract

V diplomskem delu bom zasnoval lastno izvedbo naprave za rezanje cevnih prirobnic, oziroma tračno žago. Moj namen je bil narediti dvokolutno tračno žago s hidravličnim podajalnim gibanjem. V diplomskem delu je prikazan model tračne žage, opis hidravličnih delov in izdelano elektrohidravlično krmilje. Tračna žaga je bila skonstruirana s pomočjo programskega paketa Catia V5r20. V tej nalogi sta narejena tako model, kakor tudi celotni krmilni sistem. Narejen je opis delov glavnega in podajalnega gibanja tračne žage. Napisan je tudi krmilni program delovanja tračne žage v programu Siemens S7/200. Narejena je simulacija v Automation studio 5, kjer je razviden potek delovanja cilindrov, vklapljanje elektromagnetnih ventilov.

Secondary title: Simulation of the band saw hydraulic head drive
Secondary abstract: In my dissetation Iwish to design my own version of a device for a device for cutting pipe flanges or a band saw. My goal is to construct a duel-wheel band saw with hydraulic feeding movements. The dissertation includes a model of the band saw, a description of hydraulic parts and electro-hydraulic parts powered steering. The band saw model was constructed with the help of programming eguipment CATIA V5r20. The model also includes the complete steering system. I have also written the band saw performence program in programming eguipment Siemens S7/200 as well as added descriptions of the main part and the feeder part of the band saw respectively. The simulatin was created in Automation studio 5 and features the hydraulic cylinders, elektro-magnet valves and various other parameters for correct operation of the simulation itself.
