Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem opredelil pojem krize, poiskal vzroke ter povode za nastanek kriz ter opisal simptome za prepoznavo krize. Krizo sem razdelil na faze ter vrste kriz iz različnih vidikov. Opisano je tudi vedenje udeležencev. V nadaljevanju sem opredelil krizni management, ga razdelil na več faz ter opisal naloge kriznega managerja. Zadnji del opisuje reševanje podjetja krize po postopkih. Začel sem z različnimi znaki krize, kako jo prepoznati ter nadaljeval z pristopom k izvajanju poslovnega preobrata. Opisanih je več ukrepov s katerimi rešujemo podjetje. Dodal sem še pogoje in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na uspešno sanacijo, učeče se podjetje kot ideal prenove ter kako preprečimo, da pride do akutne krize.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis I defined the concept of crisis, searched for causes and triggers and described the symptoms to recognize the crisis. I have divided it into phases and types of crisis from different perspectives. It also describes the behavior of the participants. Below I have identified crisis management, divide it into several phases and describe the functions of crisis manager. The last part describes the company crisis resolution by procedures. I started with the various symptoms of the crisis, how to recognize it and continued with the approach to the implementation of the business turnaround. I have outlined a number of measures to solve business. I added the conditions and factors that affect the successful rehabilitation, learning company as an ideal renovation project and how to prevent it to come to an acute crisis.
