Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava industrijski sistem podjetja NI cRIO, grafično programiranje z uporabo programa LabVIEW ter njegov RIO Scan Interface in FPGA Interface način programiranja. Predstavljena je uporaba PID-regulatorja v RIO Scan Interface in FPGA Interface načinu ter njune razlike. Opravljena je primerjava krmilnika NI cRIO s krmilnikom podjetja Siemens serije 7 in z DSP-2 modulom, ki je bil razvit na Inštitutu za robotiko, na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko v Mariboru. Praktična uporaba NI cRIO sistema je bila preizkušena na laboratorijskem sistemu lebdeče krogle v magnetnem polju in sistemu za regulacijo pretoka zraka. Podrobno je opisan in preizkušen PID princip zaprtozančnega vodenja ter izvedba z NI cRIO sistemom.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work deals with industrial system of NI cRio, graphical programming using LabVIEW program and it's RIO Scan Interface and FPGA Interface mode programming. It presents the use and differences between PID regulator in RIO Scan Interface and FPGA Interface mode. Comparison of the NI cRIO's controller with Siemens's remote controller, series 315 with DSP-2 modul, which was developed at the Institute of Robotics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information science in Maribor was also carried out. Practical application of NI cRIO's system has been tested in the laboratory system with floating ball in a magnetic field and in airflow laboratory control system. Detail description and testing of PID principle feedback and it's performance with NI cRIO system is also described in detail.
