Abstract
Elektronsko poslovanje ima v zadnjih letih velik pomen predvsem na področju spletnih trgovin, kjer lahko nakupujemo tako fizične kot digitalne dobrine. Danes so kupci zelo dobro informirani in je težje doseči njihovo zadovoljstvo zaradi velike konkurence med e-trgovinami. Poleg tega kupci zelo hitro menjujejo blagovne znamke. Zato morajo biti e-trgovine zelo inovativne, da pritegnejo kupce.
Elektronsko poslovanje je v zadnjem obdobju izredno razširjeno v vseh razvitih državah EU in še zlasti v ZDA. Temu trendu se približujemo tudi v manj razvitih državah EU, kot je Slovenija in druge , zlasti vzhodno evropske države članice EU.
Osnovni cilj diplomske naloge je bil predstaviti osnove e-poslovanja, varnostno komponento e-poslovanja, potrebno infrastrukturo za e poslovanje, poslovne procese e-poslovanja, uvajanje e-poslovanja v trgovinske organizacije in predstaviti področja uporabe e-poslovanja.
Vse to z namenom, dati razumljive in praktične informacije o elektronskem poslovanju in moderni ter perspektivni spletni trgovini, ki je tako za prodajalce kot kupce oz. potrošnike cenejša, učinkovitejša, hitrejša in zato tudi vse bolj razširjena v vsakdanji praksi.

In recent years, e-commerce has assumed considerable significance, mainly with regard to online shopping, where both physical and digital goods may be purchased. Today, customers are very well informed and it is more difficult to please them due to the tough competition between online shops. In addition customers also quickly switch between brands. Therefore, online shops need to be very innovative in order to attract customers.
In the past few years, e-commerce has been widespread in all of the developed EU member states and especially in the USA. The less developed EU member states, such as Slovenia and other, mainly Eastern European countries, are also beginning to follow this trend.
The basic goal of this undergraduate thesis is to present the basics of e-commerce, the component of security of e-commerce, infrastructure necessary for e-commerce, the e-commerce business processes, implementation of e-commerce in trade organizations and to present the areas of use of e-commerce.
All of this is discussed with the purpose of providing understandable and practical information regarding e-commerce and modern and promising e-shop which is more affordable, more effective, and faster for both sellers and buyers, and thus also becoming more widespread in everyday life. |
