Abstract
Določila prostorskih aktov ter želje investitorjev mnogokrat privedejo do nepredvidene izrabe prostora. S premišljenim izborom stavbne tipologije in zasnovo parcelacije, lahko omogočamo skladnejši prostorski razvoj naselij. V diplomskem delu so bili ob opredelitvi primerne stavbne tipologije določeni kriteriji za parcelacijo, ki vplivajo na prostorske konfiguracije razširitve naselja Kred na njegovem robu ob predpostavki, da zgoščevanje strukture naselja ni več možno. Z ovrednotenjem glavnih kriterijev, kot npr. skladnost s strukturo naselja in obstoječo parcelacijo, povezava z zelenim zaledjem, velikost in uporabnost zunanjih površin, možnost zazelenitve, enakovrednost, dostopnost, delež prometnih površin ter primernost glede na konfiguracijo terena, kvaliteta pogledov in izraba prostora, so bile za posamezne variantne zasnove parcelacije in umestitve stanovanjske zazidave v prostor izpostavljene in ovrednotene možnosti trajnostnega prostorskega razvoja naselja.

There are many cases where the provisions in spatial planning acts and the investors' wishes lead to the unexpected use of space. A well thought choise of a building typology and the planning of parcellation enable a spatial development of the settlement areas that is more contextual.
The diploma thesis establishes the criteria of parcellation considering the appropriate building typology. Those critera affect the spacial configuration of the extension of the Kred settlement in the edge, presuming there is no possibilty of building new houses in the settlement itself.
Individual variants of parcellation and setting the buildings in the area were evaluated in terms of the suistainable spacial development of the settlement. The main criteria considered and evaluated were: conformity with the structure of the settlement and the existing parcellation, size and usefulness of the outside area, access to green space, equality, accessibility, percentage of transport areas, quality of view and actual use of space. |
