Operativno planiranje gradnje enote vrtca Šentjur v Hruševcu

Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava problematiko operativnega planiranja gradnje objekta vrtca v Šentjurju. V teoretičnem delu so pojasnjeni osnovni pojmi in pomeni operativnega planiranja, terminskega planiranja ter statičnih in dinamičnih spremljajočih planov. Cilji diplomskega dela so določitev aktivnosti, določitev časov trajanja in določitev vrstnega reda izvajanja aktivnosti ter izdelava statičnih in dinamičnih spremljajočih planov. Sledi splošna predstavitev projekta z arhitekturnimi in tehničnimi značilnostmi predvidene gradnje. V analitičnem delu je predstavljen postopek terminskega planiranja. Rezultat tega je modificiran gantogram in mrežni diagram. V obliki tabel so izdelani tudi statični spremljajoči plani delovne sile, mehanizacije in materialov ter dinamični spremljajoči plani količin delovne sile mehanizacije materialov in finančnih sredstev v obliki histogramov, gantogramov ali tabel. V zaključku dela so povzeti rezultati in njihova ocena.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis deals with the problems of operational planning of construction of the Šentjur kindergarten unit in Hruševec. The theoretical part explains basic concepts and significance of operational planning and time scheduling, as well as static and dynamic accompanying plans. The aim of the thesis is to determine the activities, time periods and the order of implementation of activities, as well as to prepare static and dynamic accompanying plans. This is followed by a general presentation of the project with architectural and technical characteristics of the envisaged construction. The analytical part presents the time scheduling process. The results of that are a modified Gantt chart and a mesh chart. The tables contain the accompanying statistical manpower plans, mechanisation and materials, and the accompanying dynamic plans of quantities, manpower, mechanisation and financial resources in the form of histograms, Gantt charts or tables. The conclusion contains the summary of the results and their evaluation.
