Abstract

V času svojega obstoja večino časa posvetimo delu. Za preživetje potrebujemo delo in delovno okolje. Znanstveniki so preučevali in še vedno preučujejo mobing pojav, njegove napadalce, žrtve in negativne posledice.

Secondary abstract: During our existence, the majority of time we devote to work. In order to survive we need the job and the working environment. The working environment can eventually become our second home, our second family. That is why it is so important how we feel in working environment. Mobbing is a broad negative concept that can capture different types of people. Effects of mobbing are not showing only victims but also the witnesses, such as co-workers, family members, friends, as well as the organization and gradually the entire population. There are many definitions and research on mobbing. Scientists have studied and still study mobbing phenomenon, his aggressor, victim and negative effects. They are searching for solutions and prevent practices to eradicate or at least alleviate the phenomenon called mobbing. In this thesis, the main focus is detection and identification of undesirable acts, which constitute mobbing. If a person does not detected negative actions as intrusive and unwanted, there is no recognition of the problem. The vicious circle of negativity may be included as victims, thereby endangering themselves and everything around them in the role of aggressor. The study entitled perception of unwanted behaviours - mobbing in the workplace has shown that the majority of respondents do not know the main characteristics of mobbing. Between men and women there is no statistical difference in what's considered a form of mobbing. Also, within the sample of our study we can suggest that gender does not affect the detection of undesirable actions mobbing in the workplace. The survey gives us the result that the main sources of information on undesirable behaviour in the workplace are media.
