Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Optimizacija notranjega transporta za povečanje produktivnosti proizvodnje v podjetju TPV, d.d., smo v teoretičnem delu najprej opredelili pojme, povezane z logistiko in notranjim transportom, ter predstavili podjetje in obstoječe stanje v proizvodnji. V analitičnem delu pa smo s pomočjo notranjega transporta optimizirali proizvodnjo ter podali dodatne predloge za boljše poslovanje podjetja. Na osnovi zaključka analize je bilo ugotovljeno, da je z uvedbo predlaganih sprememb podjetje TPV, d.d., znižalo stroške in zvišalo nivo kakovosti izdelkov ter postalo bolj konkurenčno na trgu avtomobilske industrije.

Secondary abstract:	In my diploma paper, entitled Optimisation of internal transport to increase production productivity in the company TPV, d.d., the theoretical part defines terms connected to logistics and internal transport, presents the company and the existing state in production. In the analytical part, the production was optimized with the help of internal transport and some new suggestions were given to improve commerce of the company. On the basis of the analysis findings it was proved that if the company TPV, d.d., introduced suggested changes, it would reduce cost and increase the level of product quality as well as become more competitive on the car industry market.
