Abstract

Hitre vsakodnevne novosti sodobne tehnologije se širijo na vsa področja, zato je čas, da se po posameznih korakih prek novih informacijskih možnosti te spremembe uvajajo tudi na področju zdravstva. Le-te bolnikom omogočajo dostopnejše, enostavnejše vključevanje v zdravstvene in lekarniške procese, hkrati pa to doprinese k višjim delovnim učinkom in izboljšanju ravni kakovosti storitev. V nalogi smo zastavili model informatizacije sistema obnovljivega farmacevtskega recepta, kar pomeni, da smo predstavili predlagano rešitev v obliki aplikacije za pametni telefon, ki bi služila bolniku kot pripomoček pri spremljanju vseh informacij, ki se vežejo na terapijo z obnovljivim receptom. V nalogi smo se najprej podrobneje posvetili specifični rešitvi v zdravstvu in predstavili osnovne informacije, ki se vežejo na obnovljivi farmacevtski recept, njegov razvoj, postopke predpisovanja, izdajanja zdravil, prednosti in pomanjkljivosti. Za lažje razumevanje smo se nato osredotočili na opis ter izdelavo modela obstoječega in prenovljenega procesa, kjer smo se navezali na dogajanje v lekarni. V praktičnem delu smo simbolično predstavili predlagan model, kateremu smo dodali mnenja v proces obnovljivega recepta vključenih udeležencev. Vse skupaj smo zaključili s kritično oceno predlaganega modela.

Secondary abstract: Quick everyday innovations of modern technology are expanding in all areas, so it is time to step by step, through new information technologies, introduce these changes in the field of health care. This will provide accessible and easier involvement of patients in the medical and pharmaceuticalprocesses, while contributing to higher performance and improving the quality of services. In this thesis we set an information model of the system for revolving pharmaceutical prescription, which means that we have presented the proposed solution in the form of an application for a smart phone that would serve as an aid in patient follow-up of all the information that is tied to a renewable prescription therapy. In the study we first focused on specific solutions in healthcare, we presented the basic information that is tied to renewable prescription pharmaceuticals, its development, its processes of prescribing and dispensing and its advantages and disadvantages. For better understanding, we then focused on the description and construction of the existing and renewed process, which we linkedwith events at the pharmacy. In the practical part, we presented the proposed model, to which were added opinionsin the process of renewable prescription of all participants involved. In the end, we conclude with a critical assessment of the proposed model.
