Abstract

Prilagodljivi obdelovalni sistemi zagotavljajo boljše karakteristike kot nepovezani stroji. Te karakteristike se kažejo v zmanjšanju pretočnih časov, povečanju produktivnosti, ceni izdelave in razbremenitvi delavca. Uvedba avtomatizacije pripomore k doseganju večje konkurenčnosti podjetja in je nujno potrebna za njegov obstoj. Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na uvedbo avtomatizacije upogiba in tehnološko in ekonomsko analizo konkretnega primera v podjetju Arcont d.d. Cilj avtomatizacije je izboljšanje delovnih pogojev, povečanje varnosti pri delu in zmanjšanje negativnih vplivov na zdravje. Tehnološka analiza bo pokazala, da se po uvedbi avtomatizacije upogiba pretočni in izdelovalni časi bistveno zmanjšajo in s tem pripomorejo k doseganju konkurenčnosti podjetja na domačem in tujem trgu.

Secondary abstract: Flexible manufacturing systems ensure improved characteristics as unrelated machines. These characteristics are reflected in the reduction of lead times, increased productivity, manufacturing price, and unburdening the worker. The introduction of automation contributes to the achievement of greater competitiveness of the company and is essential for its survival. The thesis focuses on the introduction of automation bending, and technological and economic analysis of a particular case in the company Arcont d.d. The aim of the automation is to improve working conditions, increase the safety in the workplace and reduce negative impacts on health. The technological analysis will show that since the introduction of automation bending, the deflection flow and manufacturing time have significantly decreased, and thereby contribute to achieving the company's competitiveness on the domestic and foreign markets.
