Abstract

Secondary title: Logistical support of the member of the armed forces in peace-keeping operation-psychological support
Secondary abstract: In this paper we tried to demonstrate how tightly the psychological support is related to logistic support and how it is affected by it, as the entire progress of the peacekeeping operation is more optimal when the psychological support is, along with other elements, ensured. To guarantee the best possible support in this area, we need to provide a good psychological preparation of all participants with different trainings, programmes and other activities on a practical and theoretical level even before the beginning of a peacekeeping operation. Based on the current state of affairs, we suggested a more individual treatment and separate preparation for each candidate leaving for a mission as a solution to a better preparation for diverse circumstances and individual characteristics and needs, which can occur during the course of a mission. This enables us to determine the cause of psychological problems that may appear during the course of a mission.
