Abstract

Talum ulitki so prejeli obstoječo kokilo za ohišje stikala. Kokile v obstoječem stanju ni bilo možno zmontirati na obstoječ nizkotlačni livni stroj saj, vodila, vpenjalne plošče ne sovpadajo z vodili livnega stroja. Potrebna je bila izdelava konstrukcije da se izognemo vodilom nizkotlačnega livnega stroja ter izvesti preračun nove konstrukcije. V nadaljevanju je bila potrebna še analiza obremenitev, ki se pojavijo v konstrukciji. Najbolj pomembno pri nosilcu je, da za njegovo izdelavo porabimo čim manj finančnih sredstev zato, da nosilec zdrži obremenitev in da ga lahko čim enostavneje pritrdimo na stroj. Naprej je bil izdelan 3D model livnega stroja nato sledi izdelava 3D modela obstoječe konstrukcijske kokile. Na osnovi sestave obeh sklopov je bila izvedena optimalna predelava konstrukcije in numerična analiza konstrukcije. Kritične točke so bile dodatno preverjene s trdnostnim preračunom.

Secondary title: Design modification of cast mould on low pressure molding machine
Secondary abstract: The company Talum casting had received, an existing mold, for the housing of a switch. It was not possible to mount the mold on the existing low pressure-casting machine. Clamping panels did not coincide with the guides of the casting machine. A new construction was to avoid the guides of the low pressure-casting machine. The primary consideration for the construction is, to make it as cheap, as possible and that it can withstand the prescribed load. First a three dimensional model of casting machine has to be made following by a three dimensional model of the existing construction of the cast. To the construction of an assembly of the two models was numerical analysed. The critical points were additionally checked with a strength calculation.
