Abstract

V diplomskem delu opisujemo in analiziramo vozni park in zunanje izvajanje prevozov v podjetju Perutnina Ptuj d.d. Opisujemo velikost lastnega voznega parka v podjetju, iz kakšnih vozil je park sestavljen in odstotek najemanja zunanjih izvajalcev prevozov. Podjetje Perutnina Ptuj d.d. za opravljanje prevozov uporablja lastni vozni park, prav tako pa prevoze naroča tudi pri zunanjih izvajalcih. V preteklosti je podjetje uporabljalo predvsem lastni vozni park, zaradi racionalizacije stroškov pa so se odločili tudi za naročanje zunanjih prevozov. Podjetje ne želi ukiniti celotnega voznega parka, saj ima na voljo veliko svojih vozil, lastno avtomehanično delavnico ter mnogo zaposlenih voznikov. Podjetje se je odločilo, da bo ohranilo tudi naročanje zunanjim izvajalcem prevozov, saj tako lažje obvladuje dodatne stroške: razširitev voznega parka, vzdrževanje večjega števila vozil ter posledično tudi večjo število zaposlenih. Podjetje Perutnina Ptuj d.d. je zadovoljno s trenutno kombinirano logistiko. Z diplomskim delom smo se zato posvetili drugim potencialnim izzivom v logistiki podjetja Perutnina Ptuj. Ti bi lahko bili: razmeroma starejši vozni park, veliki stroški vzdrževanja, otežena komunikacija med delavci v logistiki, med zaposlenimi v službi za promet in zunanjimi izvajalci itd.

Secondary abstract: This thesis describes or analyses the fleet as well as outsourcing of transportation in Perutnina Ptuj d.d. It describes the size of the company's own fleet of vehicles and which vehicles are in its fleet. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the point to what extent the company outsources its transportation. The logistics of Perutnina Ptuj d.d. is of a combined nature. It uses its own fleet, while they also orders services using outsourcing. In the past, the company has only operated its own fleet, but chose to turn to outsourcing due to cost rationalisation measures. The company cannot divest itself of its entire fleet, since it owns a large number of its own vehicles, operates a car service station and employs a number of drivers. They can also not avoid outsourcing as this would incur unnecessary costs: expanding the fleet, servicing a large number of vehicles and consequently a higher number of employees. For this reason, Perutnina Ptuj d.d. is satisfied with the current combined logistics situation. Therefore, we are running the thesis devoted to other problems in the logistics business Perutnina Ptuj, which could include: relatively older stock, a large maintenance costs, poor communication among workers in logistics, between traffic officers and external contractors, etc.
