Secondary abstract: | Document describes method for identifying measuring values of all-fiber Fabry-Perot interferometers with low finesse and lengths between 100 µm and 1 mm. Method is based on the use of standard telecommunication demultiplexor for dense wavelength division multiplexing. It allows us to get optical power amplitude values at four different optical frequencies in reflected Fabry Perot interferometer spectra. On the base of these values it is possible to make unambiguously and of optical power independent reconstruction of the source spectra. We can determine measuring value from the reconstructed spectra. As practical application the Fabry Perot optical temperature measurement system was realized. |
