Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prestavljen problem časovne neučinkovitosti nabavnega procesa. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na prvi del nabavnega procesa, torej na nabavo materiala z obvladovanjem neskladnosti izdelkov. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je opisan nabavni proces ter reševanje reklamacij z ocenjevanjem dobaviteljev. Praktični del diplomskega dela zajema opis procesa nabave materiala ter obvladovanje neskladnosti izdelkov v praksi. Tok informacij za opazovane procese smo zapisali s procesno karto. Prikazani so tudi predlogi za rešitev problema, kot so uvedba elektronskega poslovanja podjetja z elektronskim dokumentiranjem ter preučevanje oz. ocenjevanje dobaviteljev za proces obvladovanja neskladnosti izdelkov. Tako bi zmanjšali časovno neučinkovitost nabavnega procesa ter imeli nadzor nad dobavitelji.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis presents a problem for time efficiency of the process of material supply. We focused mainly on the first part of the material supply, on the purchase of material with management of non-compliance products. In the theoretical part of the thesis describes the proces of material supply and the resolution of claims by assessing suppliers. Practical part of the thesis includes a description of the process of material supply and management of non-compilance products in practice. Flow of information for the observed processes is written with process map. Also proposals for solution of problem are presented, such as introduction of electronic business of company with electronic documenting and study, or. assessment of suppliers for managemen of non compilance products. We would reduce the time inefficiency of material supply and had control over suppliers.
