Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo obravnavali operativno procesno organiziranost inženiring podjetja po kriterijih tretje generacije managementskih konceptov. Koncept smo začeli razvijati pred približno sedmimi leti, ko smo se vodilni managerji v obravnavanem podjetju strateško odločili, da je celovit managementski koncept v podjetju ena izmed pomembnih potencialnih prednosti in priložnosti našega podjetja. Razvoj managementskih konceptov tretje generacije je kompleksen projekt. Izhodiščno temelji na razumevanju poslovanja lastnega podjetja in na razumevanju razvojnih trendov managementa, ki usmerjajo globalno konkurenčnost.
Prav tako temelji tudi na razumevanju potencialov poslovanja lastnega podjetja in še posebej na viziji vodilnih managerjev o tem, kako načrtujejo poslovanje podjetja za nekaj let naprej. Ker gre pri tretji generaciji managementskih konceptov za kompleksen projekt ga je smiselno in potrebno razdeliti v časovnem zaporedju in v vsebinskem zaporedju.
Časovno zaporedje konkretno za naše podjetje pomeni, da smo se odločili, da gre od trenutka, ko smo začeli delati na tem projektu, za proces stalnega razvoja z določenimi dogovorjenimi kontrolnimi točkami, v katerih ocenjujemo uspešnost opravljenega dela in s tem povezano učinkovitost. Oboje se seveda odraža v konkurenčnem potencialu našega podjetja. Prav tako je pomembno vsebinsko zaporedje projekta. V našem podjetju smo se te naloge lotili tako, da vzporedno razvijamo v nalogi obravnavan koncept na strateški in operativni ravni.
Namen te magistrske naloge je prikazati operativno procesno organiziranost kot enega izmed ključnih segmentov poslovanja našega podjetja. V nalogi je prikazan izviren model tretje generacije managementskih konceptov, ki obravnava operativno procesno organiziranost inženiring podjetja. Prikazana so izhodišča, pomembna za razumevanje in opredeljevanje splošnega modela. Prikazan je tudi konkreten primer rešitve procesne organizacije v našem podjetju, ki je v osnovi namenjen trajnemu zagotavljanju managementskih vidikov konkurenčnosti
V magistrski nalogi smo potrdili obe hipotezi. Na osnovi doseženih rezultatov lahko argumentirano trdimo, da je operativna procesna organiziranost inženiring podjetja Esotech, ki je zasnovana na kriterijih tretje generacije managementskih konceptov, eden izmed ključnih dejavnikov konkurenčnosti našega podjetja do sedaj in v prihodnje.

In the MA thesis, the structure of the engineering company's operational process was discussed under criteria of third-generation of management concepts. Some seven years ago we started to develop the concept in our company when the leading managers in the company strategically decided that this is a holistic concept in the company with the main goal leading of the major potential advantages and opportunities of our company. The development of management concepts of third-generation is a complex project. The introduction phase is based on the understanding business we are involved with and understanding our own company as well as understanding the development trends in management generally, guiding the global competitiveness.
It is also based on the understanding of the potential of their own businesses, and especially on the vision of leading managers on how to plan business for a few years ahead. As the third generation of management concepts is treated as a complex project, it is reasonable and necessary to divide in some kind of time-sequenced order and in the content sequences as well.
Time-sequences, specifically for our company, means that we decided to use continuous improvement approach from the start-up project up to nowadays. This process of constant development of the project based on certain agreed checkpoints where we estimate the performance of the work and the efficiency of the results. Both, of course, reflected in the competitive potential of our company. Our work on the project is also important in terms of the content sequences. In our company we have to handle some major tasks in parallel in order to develop the concept at the strategic and operational levels in the same time but with different contents for each level.
The purpose of this MA thesis is to show the process organization at operational level which is as one of the key segments of the business operations of our company. In the text the original model of the third-generation of management concept is presented, which deals with the operational processes of the concept of the organizational structure of the engineering company. The text contains the starting points which are relevant to understanding and identifying the general management model in our company. Following the starting points the concrete example is presented and many viewpoints of the concrete solutions in order that process organization in our company can be understood as the management tool which must ensure the ongoing aspects of competitiveness. Both hypotheses are proved and confirmed by the business results of our company. On the basis of the business results of Esotech company, we may say that the process organization solution at operational level is based on criteria of the third generation of management concepts which is one of the key factor of the competitiveness of our company up to now and in the future as well. |
