Abstract

Spremembe so stalnica današnjega časa, zato je pomembno, da podjetja to prepoznajo in implementirajo formalni in sistematični pristop k upravljanju sprememb. Posledica sprememb je pogosto prenova poslovnih procesov, saj je potrebno prilagoditi poslovanje, katerega lahko z diagramom in slikovnim prikazom delotoka nazorno prikažemo. Informatika in spremembe v njenem okolju se vsakodnevno odvijajo, zato je proces upravljanja sprememb v informatiki nujen. Podjetje Primer je to potrebo po sistematičnem pristopu k upravljanju sprememb v informatiki prepoznalo, zato smo izdelali predlog modela. Z modelom smo »preslikali« načrt poteka procesa upravljanja sprememb v informatiki in s pomočjo delotoka opredelili aktivnosti, udeležence in dokumente. Formalni postopek zajema naslednje korake: definiranje odgovornosti, identifikacija potrebe po spremembi, priprava predloga za spremembe v INFO, odobritev predloga za spremembe v INFO, začetek projekta, izvedba projekta in zaključek projekta spremembe v INFO. Na osnovi analize vprašanj smo preverili skladnost modela z zastavljenimi cilji in podali oceno o učinkovitosti.

Secondary abstract: Changes are regular features of today's world so it is of vital importance for companies to recognize and implement a formal and systematic approach to change management. The result of changes is often business process reengineering because it is necessary to adjust operation activities which can be clearly demonstrated by a diagram and a pictogram of a workflow. There are constant changes in IT and in its environment every day so the change management process is urgent. The company Primer has seen the need to accept a systematic approach in IT and made a model suggestion. The model was used to copy the plan of change management process in IT whereas the workflow was used to define activities, participants and documents. The formal procedure includes the following steps: definition of responsibility, need for a change identification, preparation of a change suggestion in INFO, approval of this change suggestion, start of a project, its realization and termination. On the basis of questionnaire results we checked the symmetry of the model with the objectives set and expressed an efficiency assessment.
