Abstract

Diplomski seminar obravnava odnose z javnostmi in mediji, ki so eno izmed orodij marketinškega komuniciranja. Diplomski seminar je razdeljen na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu je opisano marketinško komuniciranje, kjer so podrobneje predstavljena orodja marketinškega komuniciranja. Poudarek je tudi na korporativnem komuniciranju ter zaradi trenutno gospodarske nestabilnosti, tudi krizno komuniciranje. Najbolj podrobno so v teoretičnem delu predstavljeni odnosi z javnostmi, kateri so tudi rdeča nit celotne naloge. Podrobneje so opisane nekatere notranje in zunanje javnosti s katerimi delujejo organizacije. Med pomembnejše segmente teoretičnega dela uvrščamo tudi odnose z mediji in sponzorstva. V praktičnem delu je na kratko predstavljena Nova KBM, kjer je poudarek na Sektorju za marketing in korporativno komuniciranje. Podrobneje so opisani odnosi s ključnimi javnostmi banke, kjer bi lahko izpostavili odnose z zaposlenimi ter sponzorstva. Na koncu so predstavljeni še nekateri marketinški načrti Nove KBM za leto 2013.

Secondary abstract: Graduate seminar deals with public relations and media, which are one of the main tools of marketing communications. Graduate seminar is divided in two parts. The theoretical part describes marketing communications, which includes more detailed description of marketing communication tools. The focus was placed on corporate communications. Because of the current economical instability the focus was also placed on crisis communication. The main part of the theoretical part is about public relations, which are the red line of the seminar. This part includes detailed descriptions of internal and external publics. Important segments of this part are media relations and sponsorships. In practical part, there is the short presentation of Nova KBM, where the focus is on the section of marketing, named Sektor za marketing in korporativno komuniciranje. This part includes detailed descriptions of banks key publics. The most important are employee relations and sponsorships. At the end there are presented some marketing plans for the year 2013.
