Abstract

Z analizo odrezka lahko ocenimo rezalne sile in obremenitev rezalnega orodja med frezanjem, zato je optimalna oblika odrezka ključnega pomena za kvaliteto in ekonomičnost obdelovalnega procesa. Magistrsko delo opisuje izdelavo sistema za vizualni nadzor, ki s pomočjo visokohitrostne kamere izvaja analizo odrezka med frezanjem. Na podlagi rezultatov analize sistem ocenjuje ustreznost rezalnih režimov, o (ne)ustreznosti obvešča operaterja ter po potrebi avtomatično korigira podajalno hitrost. Algoritem za detekcijo in analizo odrezka smo izdelali v programskem orodju NI Vision Builder, uporabniški vmesnik in logiko za optimizacijo podajalne hitrosti pa smo izdelali v programskem orodju NI LabView. V magistrskem delu so obravnavana tudi določena teoretična ozadja, ki smo jih morali upoštevati pri izdelavi obravnavanega sistema.

Secondary abstract: With chip analysis, we can evaluate cutting forces and cutting tool load during milling process. Ensuring optimal chip geometry during milling is crucial, as it influences the quality and economics of milling process. This diploma work represents development of visual control system that performs real time chip analysis during miling process, using high speed camera. Based on performed analysis, developed sistem evaluates cutting parameters and notifies the user if cutting parameters are not optimal, it also performs automatic feed rate correction if necessary. Image processing algorithm for chip detection and analysis was developed using NI Vision Builder software, user interface and logic for automatic feed rate optimization, were developed with NI LabView software. This diploma work also covers some theoretical backgrounds that were taken into account while developing the system.
