Abstract
Živimo v času hitro se spreminjajočega okolja. Na te spremembe se mora prilagajati tudi podjetje. Podjetje ima svoj življenjski cikel, tako kot vsako živo bitje. V tem življenjskem ciklu se podjetje srečuje z raznimi nevarnostmi, pastmi in tudi priložnostmi. Podjetje, ki sledi tem spremembam, se jim prilagaja in jih v določenih segmentih tudi premaguje, je dinamično podjetje. Da pa podjetje lahko postane dinamično, se mora zavedati svojih značilnosti, prednosti, sposobnosti in ugotoviti, v kateri fazi življenjskega cikla se trenutno nahaja in ustrezno ukrepati. Dinamično podjetje izhaja iz dinamičnih ljudi, ki jih v malem podjetju po navadi vodi podjetnik – dinamični podjetnik. Podjetniki so sicer po klasičnem razumevanju predvsem posamezniki – snovalci in uresničevalci novih poslovnih priložnosti, ki prevzemajo tveganje, ustvarjajo in inovirajo ne samo produkte, temveč tudi celotne procese, denarno vlagajo in povezujejo poslovne priložnosti z viri, ki jih morajo poiskati, medsebojno kombinirati in tako naprej. Pri tem lahko o dinamičnih podjetnikih rečemo, da so to podjetniki z nekaterimi izjemno poudarjenimi lastnostmi, med katerimi kaže predvsem izpostaviti njihovo ustvarjalnost, dolgoročno usmerjenost v trg in kupce, njihovo moralnost, etičnost in poslovnost, usmerjenost v dolgoročni uspeh in kapitalski dobiček ter izjemno sposobnost predvidevanja tveganj in prilagajanj (Tajnikar 2000, 300). Njihova vloga v ekonomskem razvoju in napredku je zagotovo nesporna.
Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in aplikativnega dela. V teoretičnem delu bomo najprej opredelili teoretična spoznanja o življenjskem ciklu podjetja in rast in razvoj podjetja. Življenjski cikel podjetja predstavlja obdobje delovanja podjetja. Preučevali bomo, kdaj podjetje nastane, deluje, posluje, se razvija in raste ali pa tudi ne, vse do prenehanja. Preučevali bomo podobnosti med življenjskim ciklom podjetja in biološkim življenjskim ciklom. Pri preučevanju rasti in razvoja bomo poudarek namenili življenjski krivulji rasti in razvoja podjetja. Proučevali bomo različne faze in modele razvoja podjetja ter kako se podjetje pri svojem obstoju in poslovanju spreminja.
V nadaljevanju bomo preučili načelo dinamičnosti. Življenjski cikel bioloških sistemov se konča s smrtjo. Seznanili se bomo, ali je mogoče premagati življenjski cikel podjetja.
V aplikativnem delu bomo najprej predstavili podjetje Planinka d.o.o.. Na podjetju Planinka d.o.o. bomo s pomočjo avtorjev Pümpin in Prange (1995) izvedli raziskavo po metodi diagnosticiranja življenjskega/razvojnega stanja podjetja. Ugotavljali bomo kateri elementi so v podjetju največ prisotni in tako ugotovili, v kateri fazi razvoja je podjetje. S pomočjo avtorjev Pümpin in Prange (1995) bomo ugotavljali in analizirali odstopanja dejanskega stanja podjetja od ciljnega stanja dinamičnosti. V primeru odstopanj bomo podali predloge normativnih, strateških in operativnih ukrepov za dinamizacijo podjetja Planinka d.o.o..

We live in a fast changing environment. These changes must be adapted to the company. The company has its own life cycle, just like every living creature. In this life cycle , the company is facing various dangers, traps and opportunities. Company following this change, adapting to and in certain segments of the bridges is a dynamic company. However, a company can become a dynamic must be aware of their characteristics, strengths, abilities and determine at what stage of the life cycle is currently located and take appropriate action. A dynamic company resulting from the dynamic people who are in a small company usually leads entrepreneur - a dynamic entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs are following the classical understanding of particular individuals - designers and to realize new business opportunities, risk-taking, create and innovate not only products, but also of the entire process, financial investing and business opportunities associated with the resources they need to find each other and combine to on. In doing so, the dynamic entrepreneurs say that they are entrepreneurs with some very expressive qualities that appear mainly to highlight their creativity, long-term orientation in the market and customers, their morality, ethics and Business, focusing on success and long-term capital gain and exceptional ability predictive of risk and adaptation (Tajnikar 2000, 300). Their role in the economic development and progress is certainly indisputable.
Master's thesis consists of theoretical and applied work. In the theoretical part, we first define the theoretical knowledge of the business life cycle and growth and development. The life cycle is a period of operation of the company. We will study when the company incurred works, operates, develops and grows or not, all the way to termination. We will study the similarities between the life-cycle of enterprise and biological life cycle. In examining the growth and development will be emphasis on the life curve of growth and development of the company. We shall study the various stages of design and development of the company and how the company during its existence and operations change.
Below we will examine the principle of dynamics. The life cycle of biological systems has resulted in death. We will learn about whether it is possible to beat the life cycle of the company.
In the applicative part, we will first present the company Planinka Ltd. At the company Planinka Ltd we will help authors Pümpin and Prange (1995) conducted a survey of the method of diagnosing life / development of the company. We will establish which elements are present in the company up and determine at what stage of development of the company. With the help of the authors Pümpin and Prange (1995) we observed and analyzed the deviation of the actual position of the company on the status of the target dynamics. In the event of discrepancies will make suggestions normative, strategic and operational measures dinamizacijo company Planinka Ltd.. |
