Abstract

Problem, ki mu je posvečena diplomska naloga, je zadovoljstvo in zavzetost zaposlenih v podjetju X. Obravnavano podjetje sodi med uspešnejša in bolj propulzivna slovenska podjetja, ukvarja se z avtomobilsko in motociklistično proizvodnjo in dejavnostjo. V nalogi smo nadgradili obstoječe vprašalnike, ki se že izvajajo v tem podjetju za merjenje zadovoljstva zaposlenih, z vključevanjem vrednotenja zavzetosti zaposlenih kot temeljnega dejavnika uspešnosti podjetja. Uspeli smo ugotoviti in identificirati ključne probleme v motivaciji zaposlenih in potrditi pomembnost vključevanja vrednotenja zavzetosti zaposlenih. Na osnovi tega smo v nalogi tudi predlagali nekatere izboljšave v podjetju.

Secondary abstract: The topic of the thesis is satisfactiona and engagement of employees in company X. The company is one of most successful and propulsive Slovenian companies and is mainly focused on motocycling production and other related activities. In the thesis we have upgraded the existing questionnaires, already used by the company to measure the satisfaction of employees, by including the measurement of engagement of employees as key factor of success of the firm. We managed to identify the key problems in motivation of employees of the firm and to confirm the importance of inclusion of measurement of engagement of employees in valuation of the firm activities. On the basis of this several proposals of improvement in the firm are suggested in the thesis.
