Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj CNC-stroja za rezanje cevnih segmentov, ki imajo prostorsko oblikovane konce. Predstavljene so komponente razvitega stroja ter nov postopek izdelave razvite oblike plašča cevi z metodo opisne geometrije in s pomočjo 3D modelirnika. Opisan je postopek CNC-programiranja v programskem okolju Zevs RX. Izvedena je časovna analiza med metodo opisne geometrije in 3D-modelirnikom ter med strojnim in ročnim rezanjem.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis deals with the development of CNC machine for cutting pipe segments that have spatially shaped ends. The components of the developed machine are presented. The new manufacturing process for creating developed form of a pipe layer is presented with the method of descriptive geometry and by the help of 3D modeler. CNC programming procedure is shown in Zevs RX programming environment. A time analysis comparing the method of descriptive geometry and 3D modeler, and also a comparison between the machine cutting and cutting by hand has been conducted.
