Dvižna miza na jermenski pogon

Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena dvižna miza na jermenski pogon. Na kratko je opisana delitev dvižnih miz za manipulacijo tovora. Predstavljeni so podsistemi dvižne mize skupaj z njihovo uporabo. Dvižna miza se uporablja za dvig ter spust tovora, zato je predstavljen preračun sil, ki nastopijo v dvižnem mehanizmu. Opisani so tudi deli dvižne mize, ki so bili zmodelirani s 3D programom za računalniško modeliranje PRO/Engineer WILDFIRE 5. Kot pri vsakem stroju, pridejo tudi pri dvižni mizi v poštev varnostni elementi, varnostne zahteve ter določeni standardi, ki narekujejo pogoje in navodila za varno uporabo dvižne mize.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma work the belt lift table is presented. In short various types of lift tables are described. Subsystems of lift tables, together with how we use them are presented. The belt lift table is used to raise and lower cargo, because of that, the calculations for the various forces are presented. The parts of the lift table are also described. They were modeled with the 3D program PRO/Engineer WILDFIRE 5. As with every machine device, there are various safety elements that come to use, when we operate with the lift table. That is why the standardizations and safety requirements are presented in the diploma work.
