Abstract

Cestni promet predstavlja pomemben delež onesnaženosti zunanjega zraka v urbanem okolju, vendar le-ta pogosto ni znan. Za območje MOM smo ocenili emisije onesnaževal zunanjega zraka iz cestnega prometa s pomočjo metodologije HBEFA 3.1, ki smo jo prilagodili prometnim razmeram, ki veljajo za mesto Maribor. Osredotočili smo se na najbolj kritična onesnaževala CO, NOX in delce PM. Rezultati kažejo, da največ emisij povzročajo osebna vozila, zato smo raziskovalno metodo uporabili tudi za študij učinka prometnih omilitvenih ukrepov osebnih, pa tudi težkih tovornih vozil in avtobusov, na zmanjšanje obravnavanih emisij. Proučili smo 7 ukrepov, ki bi bili izvedljivi kratkoročno, srednjeročno ali dolgoročno. S pomočjo kratkoročnih omilitvenih ukrepov bi se lahko v MOM emisije PM iz cestnega prometa zmanjšale za okoli 30 %, emisije NOX za okoli 20 %, emisije CO pa za okoli 50 %. Pri dolgoročnih ukrepih, kjer so učinki večji, bi se pričakovano morala zmanjšati raba osebnih vozil, kar je vezano na strategijo spremembe potovalnih navad ljudi.

Secondary title: THE CALCULATION OF AIR POLLUTANT EMISSIONS FROM ROAD TRAFFIC IN MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOR BY USING HBEFA METHODOLOGY
Secondary abstract: The road transport represents a significant proportion of ambient air pollution in an urban environment, though it is often not known. We have estimated ambient air pollutant emissions from the road traffic for the municipality of Maribor, by using the methodology HBEFA 3.1. It was adjusted to the traffic conditions of the city Maribor. We focused on the most critical pollutants, which are CO, NOX and particles PM. The results show, that the most emissions are caused by cars. Therefore, we also used the research method to study the impact of traffic mitigation measures of cars, heavy goods vehicles and buses, to reduce discussed emissions. We examined 7 measures, that would be feasible in a short-term, medium-term and in a long-term. The road transport emissions PM would be decreased to around 30 %, NOX emissions to around 20 %, CO emissions to around 50 %, with the help of the short-term mitigation measures of the municipality of Maribor. In the long-term measures, where the effects are larger, it would be expected to reduce the use of cars, which is linked to the people's travel behavior changes strategy.
