Abstract

Sledljivost meritev je osnovni pogoj za zagotavljanje ustrezne ravni kakovosti merjenja. Za zagotavljanje sledljivosti je treba vzpostaviti neprekinjeno verigo primerjav, vse do primarnega etalona na nacionalni oziroma mednarodni ravni. Merilne naprave je treba umerjati s sledljivimi etaloni ali instrumenti po navodilih, ki jih podajajo normativni dokumenti. V magistrskem delu so predstavljeni etaloni, ki se uporabljajo na področju umerjanja optičnih in tipalnih trikoordinatnih merilnih naprav, ter standardi, tehniške specifikacije in vodila za njihovo umerjanje. Normativni dokumenti in etaloni s področja tipalne trikoordinatne merilne tehnike so dobro razviti in standardizirani, medtem ko jih na področju optične trikoordinatne merilne tehnike praktično ni. Ker je optično trikoordinatno merjenje relativno nova tehnologija, so tudi standardi in etaloni še v razvoju. Na Fakulteti za strojništvo v Mariboru je bil razvit etalon za umerjanje optičnih trikoordinatnih merilnih naprav. V magistrski nalogi sta predstavljena postopek za kalibracijo tega etalona in postopek za njegovo uporabo pri preskušanju optičnih merilnih naprav.

Secondary title: Calibration of Optical and Tactile CO-ordinate measuring Machines
Secondary abstract: Traceability is a main condition for ensuring the appropriate level of measurement quality. To ensure traceability it is necessary to establish an unbroken chain of comparisons to the primary standard at national and international level. Measuring devices must be calibrated with traceable standards or instruments, following the instructions given by the normative documents. The thesis presents artifacts that are used for calibration of optical and tactile coordinate measuring devices. Standards, technical specifications and guidelines for the calibration are also presented. Normative documents and artifacts, used for a calibration of the tactile coordinate measurement techniques, are well developed and standardized, on the other hand normative documents and artifacts for optical coordinate measurement techniques are practically non-existent. The optical coordinate measurement techniques are relatively new technology, so normative documents and artifacts are still in developing phase. Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Maribor has developed artifact for the calibration of optical coordinate measuring devices. This thesis presents the procedure for the calibration of the artifact and its usage for testing optical measuring devices.
